Each sound healing session is uniquely tailored to the client’s needs.
An energy assessment is carried out in order to identify imbalances and correct them by using the pure tones of various sound healing instruments, including the human voice. Instruments are played either off or on the body depending on what the client is comfortable with.
At the end of the session, recommendations are given to support and engage the client in their own (sound) healing process.

Different props like blankets and blocks are used to support the body in various poses, in order to reach a state of deep relaxation.
